Know where your next lot is before anyone else

Next Lot sends WA builders a weekly, ready-to-call list of new grouped dwelling and multi-dwelling development applications in their territory, with the applicant and designer already named. Who to ring on Monday.

/ what it is

A DA register tells you an application exists. Next Lot tells you who lodged it, who designed it, where the site is and whether it fits the work you do. Every lead is sourced by a person from public council and DAP records, filtered to your councils and dwelling range, and landed in your inbox every Monday, ready to call.

Coverage
Up to ten metro councils on the Metro tier, matched to the DAP register where it applies.

Every lead comes from a public record: council DA registers, the DAP current applications register and PlanningAlerts. We read them so you don't have to, then find the applicant and designer through their own websites and public directories. Nothing is scraped, guessed or bought from another provider.
What you get
Built in Perth for WA builders. Local councils, the DAP register, hills and riverside quirks included.
/ what you get

What you get

One list, one territory, one purpose: the multi-dwelling jobs in your patch before they go to tender. No single-house noise, no commercial towers, no regional. Filtered by someone who knows the trade.

The Monday brief
Every new grouped dwelling, multiple dwelling and large-lot DA in your councils and dwelling range, delivered by email and a shared sheet.
Applicant and designer named
Site address, applicant, designer where named, business contact details where public, and a one-line note on whether it fits your work.
Your territory, exclusive
No two direct competitors in the same territory at the same tier. Your councils are yours while you're a customer.

We don't sell a database. We sell the two or three hours a week you'd spend trawling council registers, finding the designer's number and working out whether the job is worth a call. Next Lot does that part. You do the ringing.

Sourced from public records, filtered by a person, checked before it's sent. Enriched, WA-only, builder-first.

/ how it works
Every brief is read, filtered and checked by a person who knows WA planning before it goes out. No feeds, no keyword dumps, no guesswork.

How it works

Pick your territory

Choose up to four or ten councils and the dwelling range you build for, from duplexes and triplexes up to small strata and large-lot builds. That territory is yours at your tier. A direct competitor can't buy it while you're a customer.

We read the registers

Each week we go through the council DA lists, the DAP current applications register and PlanningAlerts for your councils, and pull out every grouped dwelling, multiple dwelling and large-lot application that matches your range. Single houses, commercial towers and regional jobs are left out.

[

]
We name the people

For each application we identify the site address, the applicant and the building designer where named, and find their business contact details from their own websites and public directories. A one-line fit note tells you whether it's worth the call.

You get it Monday

You make the call

The approach goes to the designer or planner named on the application, not the private owner. That's how you get a conversation instead of a door shut in your face. On the Metro Plus tier we can add owner identification on request and a quarterly report on what got approved and who built it.

Questions?

How is this different from DA Leads or PlanningAlerts?

They tell you a DA exists. Next Lot tells you who to ring. Every lead is filtered to your councils and dwelling range, matched to the DAP register where it applies, and enriched with the applicant's and designer's business contacts. It's a service run by a person, not a feed.

Where does the data come from?

Public records only: council DA registers and weekly DA lists, the DAP current applications register and PlanningAlerts. Contacts come from the applicant's or designer's own website and public business directories. We never copy another provider's database and never collect personal data.

Will you contact owners for me?

No. On the Metro Plus tier we can identify the owner on request through a Landgate title search at cost, but the approach is yours to make, and we recommend going through the designer or planner named on the application. Cold-calling private homeowners from title data burns a builder's name fast.

What if my competitor signs up?

They can't take your territory at your tier. No two direct competitors get the same councils at the same level while you're a customer. First in, best dressed.
